I started this blog to motivate myself to do more exercise and of course to help motivate others as well. I am still personally trying to achieve the best possible body and excel in the sports I do! If you want to keep track of my progress, just click here!
Goal Weight: None. I don’t believe in losing weight, I believe in being fit and loving your body for all the hard work, not for whats on the scale.
Sports: Cross-Country, Hockey, Athletics
Strengths: Probably my legs as I do a fair amount of running and as my body type is petite, I am (thankfully!) naturally slim.
Weaknesses: There isn’t a specific body part that isn’t my weakness as Im aiming to improve everything! But I would have to say my arms as they lack muscle seeming as I focus mostly on running. To see more of my targets and goals just click here!
Favorite fruit: Strawberry/Durian (Unlike most people, I love it!)
Favorite Indulgent (not so healthy) food: Chocolate
