Anonymous asked: Hey so I have a quick question: When counting calories in order to work out your daily deficit, is it the amount of calories you eat in food that you count or the net calories? For e.g. if daily i would typically burn 2000 calories, I only eat 1500 that day but then exercise and burn 300 - would my deficit be 500 calories (2000-1500, using just what I've eaten) or, would my deficit be 1200...
